Exclusive Cappadocia Culture Tour with Lunch

Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel at 09:30 to begin an unforgettable journey through Cappadocia. We’ll start with a scenic hike through Red & Rose Valleys, renowned for their stunning landscapes and historical treasures. Along the 1.5-hour hike, you’ll discover numerous pigeon houses, enjoy panoramic views of Uchisar Castle, and visit ancient rock-cut churches dating back over 1000 years. The hike concludes in Cavusin Village, a picturesque abandoned Greek village offering breathtaking views.

Cavusin village was deserted in the 1950s due to rock falls. After soaking in the village’s panoramic vistas, we’ll drive to Uchisar Castle Viewpoint for another spectacular view. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, where you can savor the renowned “Pottery Kebab.”

Following lunch, our next stop is Goreme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985. Here, you’ll marvel at the best-preserved rock-cut churches in Cappadocia and explore intricate Eastern Orthodox church paintings and details.

Next, we’ll visit Mustafapasa (Sinasos) Village, once home to both Turkish and Greek communities until the compulsory population exchange in 1924. You’ll admire the architecture of old Greek houses, visit an Ottoman Madrasah, and explore an ancient church. Our journey continues with a stop in Urgup to admire beautiful examples of fairy chimneys. Afterward, we’ll return you to your hotel around 17:00.
