Exclusive Cappadocia Delight Tour with Lunch

Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel at 10:00 to begin your enchanting tour of Cappadocia. We’ll start with a panoramic viewpoint in Goreme, where you’ll learn about the geography, formation, and history of Cappadocia while enjoying stunning vistas of its most famous valleys. From this vantage point, you’ll see The Pigeon Valley, Rose and Red Valleys, Goreme, and Uchisar Villages.

After a scenic 30-minute drive, our next stop is Kaymakli Underground City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Cappadocia. Kaymakli impresses with its organized layout, featuring living quarters, sleeping rooms, stables, communal kitchens, a church, and even a graveyard, all fortified for protection. After exploring life underground, we’ll drive to Pigeon Valley for a panoramic view of Uchisar Castle and the valley.

Lunch will be served at a charming boutique restaurant in Avanos, where you can enjoy local cuisine. Following lunch, we’ll witness a kick-wheel pottery demonstration, an ancient art dating back 4000 years to the Hittites. You’ll observe the entire pottery-making process and even have the chance to try it yourself. Next, we’ll visit Pasabag (Monks Valley), known for its mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys, the best-preserved in the area. Our guide will explain the formation of these chimneys using live examples.

Finally, we’ll explore Devrent Valley, home to unique rock formations including a camel-shaped fairy chimney and other intriguing shapes. The tour concludes around 17:00, and we’ll return you to your hotel.
